03 / ABOUT JASMINE

HER OWN VOICE.HER OWN WAY.

Jasmine Kara is a Swedish-Iranian singer and songwriter with roots in soul and blues.

Since her debut album in 2010, she has performed across Sweden and internationally. Her Swedish-language album Svart på vitt, released in 2023, includes collaborations with Albin Lee Meldau and Peter Kvint.

On stage, her voice and connection with the audience come first. Her sets move between original songs and familiar favourites, each with her own distinctive character.

Jasmine also appears on television, including TV4’s Nyhetsmorgon. In September 2026, she also appeared on Efter nio on Finland’s Yle Fem.
